The hotel had some problems and felt like a prison. However, the service was friendly, especially thanks to Özcan, and the location was good next to Taksim Square. The dining experience was not up to standard with limited options for foreigners.
The hotel is ideally located in Taksim, close to the metro and airport shuttle bus, offering a very central spot with easy access to restaurants and key attractions. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, could benefit from some updates. The service, highlighted by the exceptional attention from Suleiman, Fonda, and Barash, was well above average with a few minor inconveniences. Overall, a great value for the unbeatable location.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, very close to the buzzing area of Taskim Square, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, though on the 8th floor, were a letdown as they looked nothing like the images on booking. They were dirty, and the carpet was so filthy I couldn't even step on it without feeling uncomfortable. I had to ask for air freshener due to a persistent smell, which was a downside. The service, especially from Mr Ozcan, was extraordinary, making me want to overlook the room issues. The dining experience left much to be desired, lacking variety and quality in the food provided. On the bright side, the location and service were strong points during my stay.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with decent amenities, although the property appears to be quite old. The service is exceptional, with a warm welcome from the staff, particularly from Mr Murat and Barish. The location is superb, just a short walk from Taksim Square and surrounded by various dining options. The dining experience may lack variety, but the staff serving during breakfast time is outstanding.
The hotel offers rooms with Bosporus views and duplex facilities. While the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing and a remodel due to occasional smells, the great location adds value to the stay.
My stay was delightful at this hotel. The rooms were clean with an excellent breakfast, creating a friendly atmosphere. However, the heater wasn't working properly, and the fact that we could hear noises from other rooms was a bit of a downside. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the area.
